Fluent in the local language and deeply integrated into the culture, Cristian bridges the gap between Western expectations and Asian production realities. His hands-on leadership, attention to detail, and strong rapport with local teams ensure smooth operations and consistent quality.
In addition to overseeing our own production, Cristian is a trusted quality control expert, often assisting clients with third-party inspections in other factories.
As Co-Owner and COO, he plays a key role in maintaining excellence, building trust, and aligning our global standards with on-the-ground execution.

After completing his education in Canada and spending years traveling and working across continents, he founded Standard Collective with a vision to blend high craftsmanship with international business standards.
With deep expertise in manufacturing, project management, and supply chain logistics, Paul has led complex operations in both North America and Asia — including high-end restorations, large-scale furniture production, and global sourcing projects. He is also known for building strong, versatile teams and for turning challenges into opportunities.
