Based on your inquiry, we will prepare a Proforma Invoice and you will get complete information.
Once you are ready to place an order, a down deposit is needed in order to prepare and process your order. Payment could be paid in USD via Bank Transfer to our account.
Once the down deposit is made we will start production.
During production process. We will constantly give you status reports; production/quality control; and ensure delivery time is met. Arrange freight forwarding and oversee packing and loading of cargo.
We will inform you when your order is finished and ready to be shipped.
We will send you a copy of shipping bill. All Documents will be send once the balance payment is made.

What if the products I want are not inside your catalogs?
May it be a finish or a product, if you haven’t found what you were looking for inside our catalogs, please send us a description of the items you want, technical drawings or photos if possible. We will then provide you with information accordingly.
